The main focus of the journal is to encourage interdisciplinary approaches in cognitive sciences. The following domains are promoted prioritarily: psychology, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, linguistics, ethology, anthropology and philosophy of mind.
The journal publishes fundamental as well as applied research. It is edited four times a year, exclusively in English.
The journal operates a policy of anonymous peer review.
